Brine, coriander, wild flowers, syrupy bbq pineapple, malt, sea spray, mandarin, wet stone, charred oak, pear, mint, gentle peatsmoke and creamy white chocolate 
 
Palate
Cinder toffee, cloudy honey, peppermint, lemon Bon bons, barley sugar sweets.
 
Finish
Treacle, black liquorice, gentle white pepper, Scottish tablet, more mint, ashy smoke, pear tart and lemon peel

Fully matured in a refill ex-bourbon hogshead.
