Elevenses, Bonfire Toffee Apples, was bottled up for The Scotch Whisky Experience. This beautiful 13 year old Secret Elgin does certainly not upset the apple cart and retails for £55!

🥃 New Elevenses! 🥃 This unpeated ‘Secret Fife’ was initially matured for a little over six years in a fresh Bourbon barrel, then finished for several months is a fresh Tequila barrel. It is mostly only available in the @scotchwhiskyexp, though a small number of bottles will be available elsewhere.
•
Nose: Foam bananas, upside down pineapple cake, sweet tea, apple skins, beeswax and a whisper of pencil shavings.
•
Palate: Fresh ginger, marzipan, beeswax, agave syrup, tingling white pepper, pineapple, raspberry, strawberry laces, light honey, lemon rind and tea. And a lovely, viscous mouthfeel.
•
Finish: Lemon zest, bay leaves, banana bread, black tea, more white pepper, light honeydew melon, caramel, vanilla and gentle reposado.
